Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.
All orders canceled 72 hours or more prior to your show, your deposit will be held in trust for any CPA show in the next 12 calendar months.
All orders canceled less than 72 hours before your scheduled show, your deposit will be lost.

Covid-19 Refund Policy

In light of the current situation with the Coronavirus, we are adjusting some of our policies to accommodate event changes and to support the athletes. *These policies only apply for shows which have been canceled by the promoter or the CPA due to COVID-19 regulations.*

Deposits & Transfers
For any athlete who has booked with us for a 2021 competition that gets cancelled or postponed due to the Coronavirus, your deposit will be held in trust for the 2022 & 2023 season for a show with the CPA.

When you book for your future service, please include details in the Notes section before checking out on our website. Be sure to include the following information:

- Initial competition the service had been booked for
- Service booked for initial competition
- Deposit paid for initial competition
- Your name at time of original booking
